Cancellation Policy
Wash Me Work LLC – Customer & Service Policy Effective Date: January 12, 2026 1. Service Commitment At Wash Me Work LLC, we are committed to delivering professional, high-quality car, RV, boat, and residential cleaning services. We aim to exceed customer expectations and ensure every vehicle and property is cleaned with care and precision. 2. Appointments & Scheduling Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day appointments are subject to availability. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled service. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. 3. Pricing & Payment All services are quoted based on the vehicle type, size, and level of cleaning required. Prices may vary for RVs, boats, and large commercial properties. Payments accepted: Cash, Card, Apple Pay, and Square. Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise arranged. 4. Service Guarantees We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will make it right. Wash Me Work LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear that may appear during the cleaning process. 5. Vehicle & Property Safety Customers must remove personal items from vehicles or areas to be cleaned. Wash Me Work LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings left in vehicles or on property. Any damage caused by pre-existing conditions (rust, dents, or weak surfaces) will be documented before service when possible. 6. House Calls & Travel Mobile services (house calls, pick-up/drop-off) are available within Fredericksburg, VA, and surrounding areas. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside the standard service area. 7. Liability Wash Me Work LLC maintains insurance for service-related accidents. Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for indirect or incidental damages. 8. Customer Conduct Customers must provide accurate information regarding the service location, vehicle type, and service requested. Aggressive or abusive behavior toward staff will result in service refusal.
